What is Arval Driving Experience?

Arval Driving Experience focuses exclusively on your drivers and on prioritizing their needs once they’ve hit the road. Arval Driving Experience looks after drivers via the following initiatives:

  • A single point of contact for your drivers for any question, problem or comment relating to their company car.
  • A practical appointment system for maintenance or damage repair via My Arval and My Arval Mobile and a host of mobility solutions.
  • Roadside assistance by our assistance partner and through our close monitoring of any intervention, after an accident or technical breakdown. This allows the driver to unshoulder the burden and ensures a quick repair of the immobilised vehicle.

The satisfaction of your drivers

Driver support is important to us, as we understand that satisfied drivers are more loyal employees. At Arval, we continually assess how we serve our clients and drivers by measuring our performance and identifying improvements.

We do so by collecting data from different sources:

  • The annual client satisfaction survey (Net Promotor Score).
  • Driver Satisfaction Surveys, collected during their journey.
  • Different registered complaints.

Visit My Arval and log in to get to your personal environment. Via the menu at the top you choose "My car - Schedule maintenance".

  1. Indicate whether it is a maintenance or a repair.

Follow the steps below.

  1. On the main screen, click on Maintenance, you’ll recognize it by the wrench icon.
  2. Click on Schedule Maintenance.
  3. Indicate whether it concerns a maintenance and/or a repair
  4. Enter the required details.
  5. Confirm your appointment by clicking on submit.

Arval Driving Experience is happy to help plan your appointment for maintenance or repairs.

 

Roadside assistance

Any intervention after an accident or breakdown by our partner Arval Assistance will be closely monitored by Arval Driving Experience. Our team contacts and supports the driver in this often unpleasant situation.

  • Assistance transports the vehicle to a partner of the Arval Network. The driver's preferences as to the location of the partner are taken into account.
  • Proper monitoring ensures rapid repair of the immobilised vehicle.
  • Arval Driving Experience remains the point of contact for any questions or comments.
