Arval Belgium wants to increase its social commitment and launches ‘1 Million Hours 2 Help’, the BNP Paribas Group's volunteer programme, where all employees can do half a day of volunteer work each year during working hours.
The BNP Paribas Group has committed to give all employees 1 million hours of paid voluntary work. Within this framework and in line with its CSR strategy, Arval wants all its employees to carry out 30,000 hours of volunteer work by 2025.
And of course Arval Belgium participates in this initiative, together with 17 other Arval countries. This way, all employees can use their knowledge and skills to make a real contribution to society. It also responds to the employees' need to give something back.
