The Arval Assistance number for the Arval Bike Lease service is 02 245 73 72.
For bike leasing, Arval Assistance is there for you in all circumstances, throughout Europe and 24 hours a day.
No provision is made for a replacement bike or vehicle if your bike is out of action. However, we will make sure that we call you a taxi to get you to your destination.
The annual maintenance is included in the bike lease contract. All costs relating to maintenance and technical repairs are paid for using the Arval payment card.
All work on the rental bike must be carried out at a B2BIKE dealer.
You are free to buy accessories from a B2BIKE dealer. Payment is made using the Arval payment card.
Of course, you can buy back your lease bike. To do so, you can ask your Account Manager for a quote when your contract comes to an end.
